I had a meeting with Tammy regarding the sale of my home.  I also met with 3 other agents; however, the choice was easy as Tammy brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the table that was not evident in the other agents. Very friendly and a charming lady, Tammy made the whole experience a pleasant one. Tammy gave us much needed advise on the staging of my home. I followed her lead and was pleasantly surprised with the results. My home sold in 1 week for 30% over asking.  Fabulous job Tammy!!! We were comfortable in our home in Scarborough for quite a few years, but it was time for a change. Tammy had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budget. She is highly talented technically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate data bases as she is on multiple Boards and was able to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the exact location (near water). Throughout this home buying process, she also managed to sell our bungalow for an amazing price. She knows the Metropolitan area and there wasn't anything that escaped Tammy's attention in our location when it came to selling our home. We found Tammy to be highly attentive, almost as if we were her only clients. She returned all phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Tammy was honest about some of the changes that needed to me made with the bungalow to attract buyers quickly and her advice worked like a charm.
